We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Consumer Satisfaction Specialist to join our dynamic team in our newly formed Quality Assurance Department. As a Consumer Satisfaction Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our clients. You will collect and analyze feedback, address concerns, and implement strategies to enhance the overall consumer experience.

Hours:
This is a full time (30 hours/week) non-exempt position. Hours are typically 9:00am-3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or as needs of the program require.
Location:
This position will be based out of our main office located in Augusta, ME.
Pay rate:
Pay ranges from $19.00/hr. to $22.00/hr.
