Crissair is looking for an experienced Sr. Business Development Administrator to join our Business Development team!

Summary
Responsible for supporting the new business sales and marketing related activities within the company as assigned by the VP of Business Development. This includes, but is not limited to, creating, updating and maintaining marketing literature such as brochures, catalogs, and press releases; processing and administering proposals for new business; and conducting/ supporting analyses of customers, competitors, and the overall trends of Crissair’s primary markets.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other tasks and duties may be required as directed.
• New business proposal process: Receive and process new proposal information into RFQ database, communicate with internal and external customers throughout process as necessary, compile completed proposal items, and send completed proposals to customers.
• Brochure and other marketing literature: layout and design support.
• Product Catalog: layout and design support for covers and pages.
• Customer Analysis for product type, market segment, tier level, and history of margins.
• Announcements to customers: press releases, updates, and other marketing related items.
• Competitor Analysis: size, product categories, market segment, competitive strategy.
• Provide preparation support for periodic presentations of bookings and sales analyses.
• Will be required to perform other job duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Qualification Requirements
Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Math Skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Skills
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer/ Technical/Office Skills
• Basic windows/internet browser
• ERP/Inventory – Ability to learn D365
• Catalog or brochure design software - Ability to learn Adobe graphic and/ or other interfaces
• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher
