We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team as an Outbound Appointment Setting and Emergency Call Handling Specialist. This position involves efficiently handling incoming emergency calls, ensuring a high closure rate, while also proactively making outbound calls to set up appointments. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Emergency Call Handling:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emergency calls.
- Assess the nature of the emergency and provide appropriate assistance or dispatch necessary resources.
- Close at least 90% of incoming emergency calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Outbound Appointment Setting:
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to potential clients.
- Utilize effective communication and persuasion techniques to set up appointments for our products/services.
- Achieve a daily goal of securing at least 2 appointments.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide follow-up information to clients as needed.
- Build rapport with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adherence to Protocols:
- Adhere strictly to company protocols and procedures for handling emergency calls.
- Follow the established script and guidelines for outbound calls to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for closed emergency calls, outbound calls, and appointment setting.
- Regularly review and discuss performance metrics with supervisors to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey empathy and reassurance during emergency calls.
- Sales and Appointment Setting:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Emergency Response:
- Previous experience in handling emergency calls is a plus.
- Ability to keep the customer calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to lead the customer to the proper decision necessary based on the type of call received using product knowledge.
- Adaptability:
- Flexibility to switch between outbound appointment setting and emergency call handling seamlessly.
