What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attic Supervisor position at Critter Control?
Looking for a motivated and organized individual to head our Attic Remediation team. Construction or contracting backgrounds with managerial or team lead experience is preferred. Need to be comfortable with heights, moving about attic spaces (walking on beams and trusses), and operating large machinery such as industrial grade vacuums and hoppers for blowing insulation.
Job Summary:
The Lead Attic Supervisor is responsible for the proper removal, cleaning and re insulation of attic and crawl space. In addition, they will be responsible for the direct oversight of all Attic Technicians and ensuring the quality of their work. They will also be responsible for the equipment trailer, it’s upkeep, stocking it, and moving it to and from jobsites, and ordering the drop off and pick up of necessary dumpsters.
Classification: Full time/Hourly/Bonuses
Work Location: On the road. Local travel.
Work Schedule: Able to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed. Overtime if needed.

Essential Job Functions:
ATTIC SUPERVISOR:
· Direct oversight and assist in the removal and installation of attic products such as, blown, rolled, foam, and foamboard insulation, vapor barriers, debris, house-wrap, measuring sticks, can light covers, and disinfectant/deodorizer.
· Physically work in an attic or crawl space.
· Direct oversight and assist in the installation of containment systems as needed using zip-walls and other like products to prevent contamination of a worksite.
· Direct oversight and assist in the clean-up of worksites.
· Assures that the attic trailer and equipment is stocked, up kept, and moved to and from job sites.
· Complete comprehensive final walk through of customer’s home upon completion of work.
· Capture meaningful photos on a service platform (ServiceBridge) identifying each stage of the services provided.
· Maintain quality and comprehensive notes on a service platform (ServiceBridge) for proper transfer of knowledge between departments.
· Handle customer concerns and issues
· Collection of final payments when necessary.
· Maintains quality results by adhering to company standards.
· Maintains safe work habits by following company standards.
· Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment(oil and filter changes, grease bearings and replacing impellers)
· Any and all additional job duties assigned by the Service Supervisor
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
· Work effectively with the customer to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
· Address customer questions and concerns.
· Provide superior wildlife damage services to our clients

Required:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulation

Preferred:
· Relevant training and/or experience in residential attic insulation industry.

EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of residential attic insulation experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulation
Work Environment
Working while exposed to environmental elements. Working from heights and ladders. Bending, kneeling and crawling into tight spaces to perform services. Requires standing for a long period of time. Working with fiberglass insulation products and around animals and their waste.
Travel: Some local travel required. (May require some out of state travel with notice)
