Job Title: Certification Specialist

Ivy Hill Apartments is seeking a career-minded and energetic candidate to join our team for a large Affordable Housing Apartment community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be responsible for handling all compliance responsibilities including annual recertifications. Knowledge of section 8 is required.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication, and people skills

Strong organizational capabilities and ability to multi-task

Innovative approaches to problem-solving

Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Software

Experience using RealPage OneSite software

Knowledge of Section 8
