Job Posting for Payroll specialist at CRM
- Timecard Management : Review, export, and re-export timecards to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
- Payroll Processing : Process weekly payroll for the company, including handling specific deductions and ensuring accuracy across various payment structures.
- Data Analysis and Rate Edits : Generate hours and rate edits to identify and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with applicable rates and benefits.
- Compliance and Documentation : Manage and process unemployment forms, levies, and garnishments.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Reporting : Review insights logs and other payroll-related reports to monitor and report on operational metrics.Review and verify the accuracy of payroll registers and related reports to ensure correct data processing.
- Employee Support : Address and resolve payroll-related questions and issues from employees, providing clear and concise information to assist with their queries.

The Candidate :
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- A "Can Do" attitude and willingness to learn new programs and skills
- Excellent auditing and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of computer software including general computer navigation skills
- Accurate data entry and typing skills
- Past union contract payroll experience beneficial
