Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Desk Clerk for the 140-unit apartment community of The Morrison Apartments in Downtown Portland. Amenities include a community courtyard, controlled access with keyless entry, and a lounge.
The Desk Clerk is responsible for monitoring the property overnight by walking the property hourly, monitoring the building cameras, updating the property logbook, checking in guests, posting notices as needed, responding to any property emergency, and minor cleaning of common areas.
Location: The Morrison Apartments (Downtown Portland, OR)
Hourly Rate: $16-$17/hr
Schedule: PT, Wednesday - Thursday (6:30 PM- 2:30 AM), and Friday (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
Weekly Contracted Hours: 19 hrs.
Additional Compensation: A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend.

What you will bring as the Desk Clerk (Job Requirements):
- One year of hospitality experience is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Desk Clerk is a plus!
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and/or preventative maintenance is preferred.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
