We are looking for an energetic and engaging Facilitator of Fun to join our team at Crock A Doodle in Bentonville.

Studio duties would include assisting customers, pottery glazing/firing, opening/closing keyholder duties, lead birthday parties and events.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a busy retail setting
  • A willingness and desire to learn in a supportive, collaborative environment.
  • Over-the-top customer service orientation
  • A passion for creativity and desire to share it with others (no art experience is required)!
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive team player and infectious personality.
  • A self-motivated multitasker, who enjoys being busy and is not easily overwhelmed.

No artistic ability is required; we let our customers take care of that!
Flexible weekday and weekend availability is a must.

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
