• Be prompt and timely for all assigned shifts, schedules, and projects
• Erecting steel frames and structures according to blueprints and plans
• Ensuring the structural integrity and quality of buildings
• Operating heavy machinery and using tools to assemble steel components
• Coordinating with the project manager and team members to meet construction deadlines
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards
• Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (i.e. work in poor weather conditions or outside normal hours)

• Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test
• Has a passion for working in the great outdoors, especially within the diverse and stunning landscapes of Wyoming
• Possesses the physical stamina and strength required for erecting steel buildings
• Shows a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Enjoys collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals
• Holds relevant experience in steel building construction or a similar field
• Carries a valid driver's license and can travel to various job sites in Wyoming
• Basic maintenance skills
• Lift heavy objects, maintain, repair, and clean equipment
• Understand instructions from supervisory positions, both written and verbal

• Salary Range: $22-25 per hour (Based on experience, location, etc.)
