Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all food and beverage stations are stocked, clean, and inviting, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge.
  • Oversee and maintain the quality and availability of food and beverage options during mealtimes and refreshments during downtimes.
  • Provide personalized service to guests, assisting with inquiries, and offering recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Manage lounge access and ensure smooth operation during service hours.
  • Uphold the hotel's high standards of hospitality and professionalism in every interaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or upscale service environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage guest requests efficiently.
  • A commitment to maintaining scheduled shifts and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional demeanor, with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
