Job Summary: Provide exceptional guest service by parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and ensuring a welcoming experience upon arrival and departure.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
- Maintain the security of keys and vehicles while in your care.
- Record vehicle information and maintain accurate records.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Offer directions and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Deliver outstanding guest service by anticipating and responding to guest needs.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Monitor traffic flow in the valet area to ensure a safe and efficient process.
- Report any vehicle damage or operational issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the valet area.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Prior valet or customer service experience is preferred.
- Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Requires standing, walking, and driving for extended periods.
- May require lifting of luggage and other items up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
