Job Description
Primarily to coordinate and assist with activities concerned with subcontract processing, insurance, bonds, maintenance of the drivers list, other Risk specialist duties.

Essential Duties Responsibilities
- Maintains the company drivers list, liaisons with the third party risk consultant about driving reports and makes driving approval letters.
- Prepare Subcontracts requested by Management and processes signatures and insurance.
- Handles Certificate of Insurance requests for Contracts and Subcontracts; communicates with subcontractors.
- Assist with Ordering of bonds, as may be required.
- Maintains Subcontract logs.
- Processing of Change Orders for Contracts and Subcontracts.
- Assists with tracking of Auto and Worker’s Compensation claims in consultation with the Risk Manager or Contracts Coordinator / Paralegal.
- Makes Light Duty Job Offer Letters for Injured Workers, as requested.
- Responsible for maintaining OSHA reporting forms in conjunction with Risk Manager, including preparation of the OSHA 300, 300A and 301s.
- Handles and maintains confidential information regarding claims matters and protects sensitive health information regarding worker’s compensation claims.
- Coordinates other Risk specialist duties in support of the Risk Department, as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree required; and Bachelor’s Degree Preferred; or equivalent experience of minimum three (3) years in an office setting.

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe/PDF Editor.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with a variety of personalities.
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as more pressing and urgent matters arise.
- Excellent attention to detail, tracking and follow up regarding tasks, especially subcontracts and claims.

- Superb interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to maintain confidential employee data including medical information and other legal information.
