Schedule:
Day shift
- Provide input and review project scopes and subcontracts.
- Assist in Quality Control, punch lists, etc.
- Contribute and assist in maintaining project documentation (Ex: RFI's, Change Order, Submittals)
- Assist Project Manager in managing upcoming bids such as requesting quotes, organizing documents.
- Coordinate, track and log all Management Systems using excel sheets.
- Prepare subcontract change orders and update logs.
- Assist with various other office tasks, as needed
Other Requirements
- Some proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
