Referee

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Multi-Sport Referees to join our team for the upcoming sports seasons. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the rules and regulations of basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, and flag football, ensuring fair play and sportsmanship at all times. As a Multi-Sport Referee, you will officiate games, manage on-field activities, and provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Also candidate do not need to know every sport i can use a person for each sport

Key Responsibilities:

• Officiate games for basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, and flag football in accordance with league rules and regulations.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during games.
• Make quick, accurate, and fair decisions to maintain the flow of the game.
• Enforce rules and regulations, including issuing warnings and penalties.
• Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators to explain rulings and promote sportsmanship.
• Keep track of game time, scores, and other essential game details.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on rule changes and best practices.
• Handle any conflicts or disputes that arise during games in a professional manner.
• Provide feedback and reports on game incidents to league administrators.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in sports officiating preferred.
• Referee Badge
• Previous experience as a referee or umpire in any of the listed sports.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the rules and regulations of basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, and flag football.
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and impartial under pressure.
• Physical fitness to keep up with the pace of games.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
