Our beautiful offices in Texarkana, Texas now have GREAT news. We are excited that due to growth and increased opportunities with our agency, we are looking to add a Commercial Lines insurance account manager to our current staff. We are an insurance business that is well established in the community. We also have offices in other parts of Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Our beautiful office has a great staff of sales personnel, commercial lines and personal lines account managers. Our salary is very competitive and based on experience. Although our preference would strongly be for you to currently hold a Property and Casualty license, we are willing to train the right individual and assist in the licensing process. Because we are in a growing stage, we are interested in a candidate who is enthusiastic, loves to assist clients and looking to make a career with an established well-known company.

Daily job functions would include quoting new business, renewing existing business, emailing and calling the insured to present renewals, answering client phone calls about service related tasks such as ID cards and policy changes, tracking upcoming renewals so they are handled in a timely manner, and checking markets for competitive quotes prior to policy renewal, service requests and remarketing small accounts. Account managers use agency management software to enter client information and to store documentation. You would work closely with the sales staff.
