Benefits team works with internal and external partners to ensure Danone
provides a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to engage employees
in health and financial wellbeing. By
joining our team, you will lead the administration of programs including medical,
prescription drug, life, disability, the EAP, and a suite of voluntary benefit
programs.
In this role, you will be
Responsible For
procedures. Manage the day-to-day administration of assigned benefit
program including vendor relationship - deploy meaningful communications that

About You
You will have a bachelor’s degree
You will have 5 years’ experience working in Human Resources (primarily working in benefits)
You will have previous knowledge of Microsoft products, excel, PowerPoint, Word
Working knowledge of the standard principles of human
resources benefits management
You will have knowledge of employee benefits regulations,
language, principles and practices, and operating procedures.
You will have ability to effectively communicate orally and
in writing with co-workers, administrative personnel, benefit vendors, and the
public, including being sensitive to professional ethics, gender, cultural
diversities, and disabilities.
