Job Overview:
As a Digital Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with our corporate clients and fintech partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate banking, fintech collaboration, and a proven ability to navigate the intersection of traditional and digital financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and fintech partners.
- Understand the unique financial needs of each client and provide innovative solutions.
Portfolio Growth:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients and fintech partners.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, cross-selling, and upselling of financial products and services.
Fintech Partnership Development:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with fintech firms to enhance our digital offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital banking solutions and drive innovation.
Risk Mitigation:
- Assess and manage risks associated with corporate and fintech relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards related to corporate and fintech banking.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience managing high profile relationships in commerce, payments, fintech, and/or banking
- History working with cross functional teams
- Deep experience / exposure to the pricing negotiations, loan/lending lifecycles, technologies, leading global players, emerging trends, and regulatory nuance
- A broad understanding of the fintech space and how Cross River can leverage the best-in-class solutions to grow its financial solutions offering
- Agility and adaptability in a rapidly growing, constantly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask without getting overwhelmed
- Extreme resourcefulness and excellent communication skills
- A learner's mindset and the ability to pick up new information quickly
- A genuine excitement for solving client's problems
- Willingness to travel
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in corporate and fintech banking.
- In-depth understanding of corporate finance, digital banking, and fintech trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
- BONUS: Experience in Digital Assets
Salary Range: $120,000 - 140,000
