We are seeking a talented Marketing/Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online presence across various platforms. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects for both CrossCountry Mortgage and Stacks Co-Working Space, creating engaging content, driving digital marketing initiatives, and fostering community interaction.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $50,000 -$65,000
• Paid Time Off
• Bonus opportunity

$50,000 - $65,000

• Produce high-quality creative solutions to meet our promotional and communication needs across various channels, including social media, website management, email marketing, and digital/print collateral.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all internal and external media produced, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Serve as the webmaster for both CrossCountry Mortgage and Stacks Co-Working Space, regularly updating and maintaining the content management systems to reflect current offerings and initiatives.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive social media strategy for both entities, managing official accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Take charge of producing and distributing our email newsletter.

CrossCountry Mortgage:

• Manage personal Facebook pages for the team, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
• Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.
• Create compelling video content for posts and ads, including filming and editing.
• Assist with podcast editing and filming to produce high-quality episodes.

Stacks Co Working Space:

• Oversee the Facebook page, curating content to showcase our coworking space and community.
• Design and implement social media ad campaigns to promote events, membership, and services.
• Generate daily activities and content to keep our audience engaged and informed.
• Foster member engagement through online interactions and initiatives.
• Support in various tasks related to the operation of a small business and coworking space.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver) as well as Microsoft Office.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• College graduate, or equivalent experience, with portfolio of work demonstrating excellent graphic design ability.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to operate effectively under time constraints and tight deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other interactive design languages.
• Skill in photography and a strong eye for image composition.
