IT Technical Support

CWS is currently looking for a responsible IT Technician to fill an immediate opening in Laredo, Tx. Interested candidates should have at least 1 year of IT experience.

Job Summary:

This primary function is to provide IT support to the entire CWS employee.

Essential Functions / Duties:

• Configuration of new computer equipment
• Windows / Office / Mac Updates Support

• Installation of networks, cameras, printers, etc.
• PCs and servers functionality audits

• Database maintenance
• Cabling
• Good interpersonal skills
• Any job as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Basic Knowledge in networks

Proactive

Education: High school diploma, College or Associates Degree preferred

Understanding of data and reports or outputs used from data

PC skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications

English fluency / Spanish fluency

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.75 per hour
