Our client, a major utility company, is looking for a Clerk to join their team in Detroit, MI.
This contract position is currently budgeted until the end of the year and is eligible for extension or direct hire for the right candidate.
30 hours per week
This role is currently a Hybrid role, but starting in either July or Aug, the position will be 100% onsite
This Clerk position will primarily be responsible for the following:
- Sort, maintain and update files alphabetically or numerically.
- Answer telephones and relay messages
- Occasionally may use computer or typewriter to type labels or address envelopes.
- Uses computer to access information. Performs other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must communicate both orally and in writing.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
2 years experience required.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Detroit, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
