Our goal is to help agents showcase properties in the best way possible through excellent photography and video. We're looking for an organized and motivated Client Services Manager to help coordinate our daily operations and support our growth.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will be essential in managing client accounts and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Scheduling: Quickly arrange schedules for our services when orders arrive online or by phone.
  • Photographer Coordination: Serve as the main contact for our photographers, organizing their schedules and facilitating clear communication.
  • Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, assist clients with their queries, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the delivery team to ensure our media products meet our high standards.
  • Prospect Outreach: Proactively contact potential clients to explore potential partnerships and expand our client base.
  • Social Media Management: Daily update our Instagram and Facebook with our latest projects to engage with our audience.
  • Weekly Communications: Send emails to our client base with updates on promotions, events, new content, and recognitions.

Experience:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management abilities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Marketing and/or sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage client relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Experience managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions; we do not offer unpaid internships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
