The Event Specialist Mentor is a part-time position and is integral in assuring that client events and product demonstrations meet the client’s requirements. This position will travel within a local area and evaluate and audit event execution. Event Specialist Mentors will maintain a pulse on a local level with our retailers and assure that we address any concerns. This position assures the quality of client events, workforce and client/retailer relationships.
Responsibilities:
In addition the Event Specialist Mentors will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct face-to-face candidate interviews for Engagement Specialists in person; collect and submit all required candidate documents to management
- Conduct orientations for new Engagement Specialist
- Perform in-store assessments of product demonstration events
- Build and foster relationships with in store personnel and management

- Push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart weighing up to 300 pounds fully laden with appliances, supplies and product
- Prepare foods using cooking utensils such as knives, convection oven, fryer, coffee maker, electric fryer, microwaves and hot oils Be in contact with cleaning supplies
Physical Appearance:
- Individuals must ensure a professional appearance and proper grooming is in order.
- The associate must present a neat, clean, and appropriately groomed appearance.
- Specific Retailer Dress code requirements are included in the training documents.
- In addition, tattoos must not be visible while the associate is engaged in their work assignments.
