Field Associate

Crossroads Campaigns Solutions (CCS) is looking to hire a Field Associate.

CCS is a progressive political consulting firm helping organizations and campaigns with development, field programs, online tools, and communications services.

Roles/Duties

• Assist Crossroads Campaigns’ field and civic engagement programs

• Meet field goals (i.e, voter contact, recruitment, etc)

• Conducting outreach to constituency groups, local Democratic parties, and allied organizations

• Oversee clients field, outreach, and engagement programs

• Conduct quality control on collected data

• Provide effective technical support for clients

• Work in partnership with clients to create grassroots materials

• Work with other departmental staff to implement organizational goals across the organization

• Monitor and reporting payroll and HR protocols when needed

• Provide accurate and consistent reports of progress to goal

• Representing CCS and client in the community

Job Requirements

• Has worked at least 1 full election cycle

• Detail oriented and organized

• Able to manage multiple projects

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team

• Ability to multitask and oversee various projects

• Manage necessary paperwork and documents

• Experience using SmartVAN/MiniVAN, Votebuilder, Targetsmart, Reach, Mobilize is a plus

• Experience using predictive dialers

• Discipline and a solutions-oriented attitude toward tasks

• Ability to train canvassers, volunteers, and interns

• Excellent listening skills, ability to speak and write effectively and professionally

• Strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills

Salary is commensurate with experience. Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
