ABOUT US: Our primary therapeutic treatment approach at Crossroads Counseling Services is through outpatient programs including individual, group, and family counseling. We offer an inclusive, evidence-based, three-tier care continuum to educate, treat, and support adult and adolescent mental-behavioral health.

We offer four (4) outpatient offices, two (2) residential facilities, one (1) sober living group home, two (2) sober living apartments, group and individual therapeutic treatment options, case management services, and educational programming.
Our agency recognizes clients from various socio-economic backgrounds; therefore, a fee scale program has been designed to address individual needs. Self-payment, Medicaid, and most private health plans are accepted.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: The Residential Treatment Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring house functioning of an identified population at Crossroads Residential Treatment facilities: Awakenings Women's Residential and New Outlook Men's Residential.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This individual is expected to assist residents in dealing with challenges of adjustment within their living environment, the community and support systems. This individual will utilize basic support skills, daily living skills training and crisis intervention. As a member of the team, this person assists the client in meeting treatment goals and understanding treatment plans. The Treatment Support Specialist is responsible to the Program Manager.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
QUALIFICATIONS: candidates will have an earned high school diploma or equivalent (GED, TASC, etc.). Individuals will also have an understanding of issues as they relate to the client, chemical dependency, recovery lifestyles and relationships. Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable. Addiction experience a plus.
