Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee our contractor resources staff
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on employee-related matters
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and compliance topics
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field; Masters degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos, Taleo)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in training development and delivery preferred
  • Familiarity with FMLA administration and other leave management programs

Pay:

  • $100,000 to $110,000 per year
  • Biweekly
