Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Oversee our contractor resources staff
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on employee-related matters
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and compliance topics
Stay current on HR trends and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field; Masters degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos, Taleo)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proven ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Experience in training development and delivery preferred
Familiarity with FMLA administration and other leave management programs
Pay:
$100,000 to $110,000 per year
