The Registered Nurse Pharmacy ACD helps monitor, audit, and maintain the pharmaceuticals in the office collaborating with the team to identify and implement solutions when necessary.

Pharmacy Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Hospice Required
- 1 year of leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge in Pharmaceuticals
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Active, unencumbered state RN license

Pharmacy Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with participation in after-hours phone rotation
