Crossroads Infrastructure is looking for Concrete Foreman for roadway construction projects. We are looking for a highly motivated, self driven employee to manage field operations. We are located in Greensboro, NC and most of our work is local no traveling so you can be home every night.

Qualifications:

  • Valid NC Drivers License
  • 2 years supervisor experience or 5 years in concrete construction.
  • Willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong personality, and ability to lead others.
  • Knowledge of drawings, and NCDOT specs.
  • Knowledge of safe operation of equipment such as excavator, skid steer, dozer.
  • Insure proper maintenance of equipment.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate with Project Manager to complete concrete construction task on time and under budget.
  • Communicate with inspectors daily.
  • Manage a crew of 5-8 people.
  • Complete daily sheets tracking hours and production.

Pay is based off experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Concrete Finishing: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: Multiple locations
