What are the responsibilities and job description for the Secretary position at Crouse Health?
The Secretary- Patient Access Representative completes all patient registration activities within the outpatient Addiction Treatment Services.
Would also be responsible for performing general administrative, clerical, statistical and data entry functions specific to the assigned work area.
Job Requirements :
minimum education / certification / licensure : High school diploma or equivalent required.
minimum experience : Required : Minimum of 1 years experience in healthcare admitting, patient registration, and insurance verification with 1-2 years experience in a fast paced office setting.
Good knowledge of MS Office. Must pass a Patient Access competency test of 75% or better. Test will be administered by Human Resources.
Hourly Rate Range
$16.01 - $28.73 / hour
