Job Summary:
The HSE Coordinator for Crow Group will be responsible for managing the health, safety and environmental compliance associated with the operations of Crow Group, Crow Industrial, Cowell Steel, Weston Petroleum, Wren Industries, Phoenix, Point Remove Brewing Company & Rosewood Classic Coach.
Reports to:
- Director of HSE
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop materials and conduct monthly safety meetings at: Cowell Steel, Weston Petroleum, Arkansas Boiler Specialties, Point Remove Brewing Company, Hamilton Aggregates & Rosewood Classic Coach.
- Assist in the development of Site-Specific Safety Plans for Crow Group and Crow Industrial.
- Monitor and track implementation of Site-Specific Safety Plans for Crow Group and Crow Industrial.
- Conduct periodic HSE Audits for all Miller Company locations.
- Monitor and update all Miller Company ISNetWorld accounts.
- Manage, track and report compliance for the Safety Skills Training System.
- Conduct virtual eLearning at Crow Group and Crow Industrial job locations.
- Compose quarterly HSE data related reports for Crow Group using KPA.
- Assist in conducting New Hire Orientation Training for Crow Group and Crow Industrial.
- Lead and/or assist in the Incident Investigation Process.
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective Actions.
- Conduct regular jobsite HSE visits for compliance and risk assessments.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/ Bachelor s Degree in Safety or Related Field
- OSHA 30 Hour Construction Training (Preferred)
- NCCER Certifications (Preferred)
- BCSP Certifications (Preferred)
- 3 years of Construction Safety Experience
