Job Description:
Crowe LLP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Technology Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology architecture to better enable marketing and sales programs to drive business growth. This role will manage the Martech portfolio, including selection, implementation, integration, optimization, maintenance, and adoption of marketing technology. This role will evolve the marketing technology roadmap to ensure alignment of technology enhancement and acquisition with business objectives and operational budgets. Additionally, this role will oversee the integration of marketing technology with enterprise systems such as sales, finance, etc.
This role will function as a solutions architect responsible for the design, deployment and support of Crowe’s marketing technology platforms and the leveraging of those technologies towards the firm’s marketing and sales goals. The candidate must be collaboration-focused and able to work across the technology organization and with the Marketing & Sales teams with concentration on the following areas: digital marketing, sales enablement, marketing technologies, data and marketing/sales analytics, marketing automation, CRM and marketing data platforms, data visualization, data science and AI, Crowe user experiences, client experiences, media, content/creative/brand strategy and the firm’s professional services.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement marketing’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap; work with sales operations and other appropriate functions to create a technology roadmap that is aligned across revenue engine
- Documents the marketing system architecture, the assessment of marketing systems, and the development of a strategic technology roadmap
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology tools and platforms, including system administration best practices
- Ensure the integration of marketing technology tools with other systems within the organization. Represents Marketing with other firm entities in discussions of tech needs and integrations
- Design and present innovative and effective solutions in partnership with our Marketing & Sales organization that incorporates the current and changing marketing technology landscape and industry best practices
- Lead the implementation and program execution of marketing and sales platforms including marketing automation, CRM, and sales enablement
- Provide strategic consulting and subject-matter expertise for our firm’s marketing and sales technology platforms
- Deliver strategies, roadmaps and architecture that mature and innovate Crowe’s marketing, sales, and service technologies for driving growth, engagement and results
- Provide data management, governance and execution for Martech data integrations and analytics services
- Help drive the direction of Crowe’s technology architecture for our sales & marketing capabilities as well as the overall enterprise
- Experience in sales enablement, demand generation, customer engagement, digital marketing, and communications strategies and technology solutions
- Experience in Martech data management and marketing and sales analytics
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies is a must
- Work closely with IT, Firm Risk Management and data teams to ensure data quality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Promotes the adoption and utilization of the organization’s current technology, including technology sponsored at the enterprise level.
- Prioritizes, sequences, and manages implementation and enhancement projects according to resource availability and timelines
- Stay updated with the latest marketing technology trends and suggest new tools and strategies to improve marketing efforts.
- Ensures understanding of end-to-end marketing processes and supporting systems
- Leads marketing infrastructure deployment and integration, including outlining marketing technology roles and responsibilities and evaluating the maturity of skills and process required to efficiently leverage technology
- Manage the marketing technology budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Develops plans to ensure data and process integration of systems that support key marketing processes
- Contributes to process and data governance initiatives to ensure technology management complies with key governance standards
- Gathers and disseminates internal and external marketing technology best practices
- Delivers effective change management and communications for technology implementation and process reengineering within marketing
Qualifications:
- Requires 10 years of marketing technology experience in a marketing operations or digital marketing leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Deep understanding of marketing technologies (e.g., MRM, MAP, SFA, CMS) and web, advertising, digital asset, and e-commerce systems. General knowledge in sales tech beneficial.
- Technology implementation project management experience a plus, including the rollout of applications to sales and marketing audiences
- General understanding of sales cycles and product lifecycles and their respective pressures on the marketing function to drive demand and revenue
- Experience assessing the current state of technology and building roadmaps to guide future acquisition or development
- Successful track record of delivering technology solutions on time, on budget, and able to deliver measurable results
- Experience serving, collaborating with, and influencing executive management
- Experience with lead lifecycle including capture, creation, scoring, and monitoring throughout systems, is desirable
- Strong experience developing user training, and measuring and improving adoption
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
