Job Description:
This role will serve the Consulting Business Unit within Crowe LLP, a top 10 global accounting, consulting and technology firm. The role will be to lead and oversee financial, resource, and risk management areas of the practice, working directly with, and in support of, the Consulting Business Unit leadership.Key Accountabilities:
Financial Management - Lead financial planning activities in order to direct and implement controls for the monetary structure and budgetary responsibilities, including:
Conducting financial planning for the business unit
Leading an annual and rolling budgeting process
Developing financial and management reporting for business unit leadership
Implementing revenue recognition for diverse and evolving business models
Defining operational measures and analytics
Driving margin and cost management
Managing a forecasting model, including sales administration and enablement
Developing investment models for innovation, marketing, software support and maintenance
Resource Management - Lead the resource management team aligned to support the delivery units in the staffing and delivery of client delivery, including:
Building and operating a workforce planning model that is inclusive of substantial global operations
Leading a team of resource managers that focus on client needs and activity as well as creating growth opportunities for staff through engagement roles
Risk Management – Coordinate with risk management leader, including:
Executing the client acceptance and continuance process, incorporating financial, operational and reputational risk factors
Implementing processes to comply with client contracting requirements
Coordinating with the business unit’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function
Ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures
People Management - Coordinate implementation of HR services, policies and programs, including:
Developing the annual compensation budget and program
Implementing and executing a process for campus and experienced hire recruiting
Creating the annual learning budget
Leading the financial integration of strategic acquisitions
Communications - Coordinate with leaders across the practice to develop and execute comprehensive communication plan.
Requirements:
CPA is required for this role
This role requires travel on occasion
This role is open to the following locations: Grand Rapids, Indianapolis, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Atlanta, South Florida
