Job Description:
- Incorporate the Crowe voice and brand standards across all marketing and sales communications touchpoints
- Write and edit copy across the entire brand ecosystem, including (but not limited to) print brochures, case studies, emails, videos and sales presentations
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, strategies, and techniques, ensuring the firm stays at the forefront of content innovation
- Participate in brainstorming exercises related to marketing themes and campaigns
- Effectively and convincingly prepare and present creative concepts and messaging recommendations to internal teams and BU/IV stakeholders
- Work closely with senior copywriter to coordinate assignments and set priorities
- Collaborate with design, publishing services, sales enablement, and other internal teams on content creation
- Serve as a wellspring of ideas and inspire creative excellence in colleagues
- Work with internal clients and MDS colleagues to collaboratively solve content challenges.
- Research and translate existing and new information into client benefits and value propositions
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or other writing-intensive field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in writing marketing copy, preferably in a corporate setting
- Exceptional and effective writing, editing, and message development skills that emphasize clear construction, grammar, and relevance
- Willingness to work extended hours as needed
- Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience with short-form (ad copy, taglines, etc.) and long-form (content marketing, thought leadership)
- Agency and/or client-side marketing experience
- Demonstrated excellence in performance, in the form of industry awards, campaign metrics, and/or a strong portfolio
