Job Description:
Crowe is currently hiring a self-motivated Senior Associate to assist in the delivery of Human Resources services to key individuals and departments within the firm.
Responsibilities
General Human Resources Administration
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the Talent Solutions/Human Resources leadership team including but not limited to:
- Assist with reports and presentations (i.e., HR metrics, turnover, relocation road show presentations. etc.,)
- Prepare HR documents, including verification and confirmation documents for various employee related activities, including relocations, flexible work arrangements, immigration support letters, employment verifications, etc.
- Provide support for mergers and acquisition activities including presentation development, document tracking and organization, benefit enrollment, etc.
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues- Manage the HR Services email box.
- Assist with various client engagement responses and requirements
- Unemployment tracking.
- Assist in Annual People Processes including communications, planning systems support and Workday reports
- Collaborate with business unit operations related to disaster relief guidelines and processes for employees / partners are impacted and tracking individuals needs and support provided. i.e., mi-fi, housing, equipment etc.,)
- Point of contact for HR operations team to on advance requests
Talent Acquisition Administration
- Assist with the contingent worker processes with recruiting.
- Process background checks and status reports for mergers and acquisitions and client engagements
- Assist with secondments including system set-up, housing, flights, per diem, etc.
- Process intern terminations, track termination reason and coordinate return of firm provided items
Compliance
- Manage tracking and follow-up for various required firm agreements and Report on noncompliance with new hire paperwork
- Assist with the Annual Professional Liability Insurance Renewal Process
- Assist with Affirmative Action Plan reporting and analysis
- Track international time off requests and overall usage
- Create and/or update various policies and implement accordingly on InCrowe/Policy Library.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- High School Degree required
- Associates degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years previous HR experience in a professional services environment.
- Highly motivated, engaged and possess the ability to handle various administrative tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with HR procedures, Workday systems, and reporting
