Position Summary: The Dispatcher is a front-line operation and customer service position responsible for coordinating, scheduling and dispatching haul requests of our water and condensate to contract haulers. This position must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency. This position also includes a large amount of data entry.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from paper formats into Field Operator
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Verify data by comparing it to field tickers, paper copies and digital copies
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from Field Operator or electronic/paper files as requested
- Sort and organize tickets after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Good understanding of Upstream Oil and Gas Operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well autonomously or in a team setting
- Ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments.
- Builds strong relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to best support the business
- Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
- Listens actively and invites dialogue for shared understanding, then influences and acts to drive performance and achieve results
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of oil and gas industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
