Overview
Crown Automotive is hiring an experienced Warranty Administrator for its busy service department!
This position is responsible for preparing, recording and submitting warranty claims to the factory and/or distributer and reconciling them accordingly. Maintains 100% compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
The position reports to the Service Manager and informs him of all areas of non-compliance and status on warranty claims. Above average Pay for right candidate!

Qualifications
Requirements include:
- Up to one year experience as an automotive dealer warranty administrator preferred
- Automotive mechanical repair knowledge
- General working knowlege of automobiles, their systems and how they relate to each other
- Math skills
- Writing skills
- Interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills
- Current driver's license
- Abililty to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma
