Position Title: Manager, Quality Assurance Engineering (M2)

As a Manager, Quality Assurance Engineering, you’ll join our Data & Digital team helping us lead, design and build our digital transformation and define what’s next for our business—while working in an organization that’s continuously investing in data and systems.
Crown is building a Quality Engineering capability to deliver and ensure quality across software products supported by Data & Digital. We’re looking for a Manager, Quality Assurance Engineering with significant software QA experience to lead and scale a team of manual testers to take them to the next level. The ideal candidate has deep experience with several different flavors of QA (functional, performance, automation, etc.), and has prior leadership experience building testing best practices & processes as well as defining tools. While there is a strong leadership component, this role is also an active QA team member for delivering work. You will drive the standard for all other QA team members to adhere to through defining test plans/cases, executing tests, and working with development teams to deliver quality products.
