What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Support (Part Time) position at Crown CFO?
Crown CFO was recently named as one of the fastest growing companies in Kansas City. We are seeking a part time Operations Support position that will support our consulting firm in a variety of ways as we continue to grow.
This position is primarily a work from home position but will require some in person meetings/activities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working within our CRM system
- Assisting in Onboarding of new consultants
- Managing Microsoft Teams sites
- Establish and Document various company processes
- Performing research for the company
- Supporting consultants regarding company benefits and other administrative items
- Coordinate company meetings/activities
- Assist in company communication and marketing efforts
- Assist in Administrative functions of the company
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Customer service mentality
- Experience with Microsoft environment including Microsoft Teams
- Experience with CRM systems, HubSpot experience preferred
- Ability to meet at company locations in South Overland Park
Part Time: approx 10 hours a week
Compensation: $30-$35/Hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
