Job Overview
Crown Conquer is on the lookout for an innovative Art Director whose creative prowess is matched by their leadership skills. This role entails assisting the Creative team with art direction oversight, supporting a team of talented designers, and ensuring that our agency output aligns seamlessly with client guidelines and business needs. You will work alongside our Accounts and Strategy team to devise big-picture concepts with the goal of translating marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences. Your role is pivotal in managing projects from conception to execution, encompassing design, copy, and collaborative efforts, all while adhering to project budgets and timelines. You should have a keen eye for details and knowledge of various art software applications to assist the team, especially when managing client revisions. The role is based in Los Angeles and reports directly to the Creative Director.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Accounts, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure design concepts align with client visions, brand standards, and strategic objectives.
- Lead the creation of print and digital graphics for diverse campaigns and live events, including assets for social media, websites, printed materials, environmental graphics, and more.
- Ensure a consistent and fresh visual brand experience across all creative outputs.
- Engage in deck design and creation, contributing to internal brand and marketing materials.
- Work directly with vendors and partners throughout the production phase, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to client specifications.
- Actively participate in brainstorming and concept development for client pitches, collaborating across departments to create and visually represent innovative ideas.
- Stay ahead of trends, adopting best practices in design and execution.

Qualifications Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Art Direction, Branding, or Graphic Design.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing a design team.
- Proficiency in logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design.
- Experience with 3D and/or motion graphics.
- Expertise in building visual identities for large-scale campaigns and brands.
- Skilled in Google Slides, Keynote, and various visual design and wire-framing tools.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and a distinctive aesthetic perspective.
- Quick adaptability to brand guidelines and learning new tools.
- Exceptional prioritization skills, capable of leading and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Agency experience is highly preferred.

Pay Range: $100-130K per year
