Job Overview

Crown Conquer is seeking a Senior Designer to join our growing creative team. This role bridges the gap between Graphic Design and Art Direction, requiring a combination of hands-on design skills and the ability to lead projects. Reporting directly to the Design Director, the Senior Designer will play a crucial role in transforming marketing and branding strategies into visually compelling campaigns and overseeing design outputs across both digital and physical executions. The position is based in Los Angeles.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Accounts, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure design concepts align with client visions, brand standards, and strategic objectives.
• Lead the creation of print and digital graphics for campaigns and live events, including social and web assets, printed materials, environmental graphics, signage, branded swag, packaging, digital interfaces, micro-sites, and video assets.
• Develop original identity systems and graphic executions for new campaigns or experiential properties.
• Contribute to deck design and creation, generating internal brand and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners through the production phase.
• Actively participate in brainstorming and concept development for client pitches, collaborating across departments to create and visually represent innovative ideas.

Qualifications Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other relevant graphic design software.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing strong design skills and a unique aesthetic vision.
• Experience in areas such as logo design, typography, color theory, web layout design, print production, and package design.
• Familiarity with 3D and/or motion graphics, plus visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Proven experience in creating brand identities and following brand guidelines.
• Background in installations, exhibits, retail environments, pop-ups, or brand activations is a plus.
• Passion for staying current with design trends and cultural movements.
• Illustration skills are an additional asset.
• Quick learner, adaptable to brand guidelines and new tools.

Pay Range: $100-120K per year
