Senior Brand Manager - Aesthetics - Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Crown Laboratories, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager - Aesthetics.

This position will be located in Dallas, TX (Hybrid).

Primary Responsibilities:   

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sr. Brand Manager with responsibility for the strategic marketing and management of two important brands in the Crown Aesthetics portfolio. To develop and implement an integrated communication plan designed to drive demand, engage the field sales force, improve messaging, analyze sales performance details and reporting, and increase adoption and utilization of the technology. Collaborate with US and global marketing team, internal and external stakeholders to ensure best-in-class marketing tactics are highly valuable, practical, and compliant.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage the execution of new product launches including asset creation, training development, medical education planning, forecasting and commercialization deliverables.
• Create strategic, tactical plans and budget to support the brands. 
• Partner with Sales Training Team and key members of the field sales team to develop and execute short term tactical plans for ongoing training and development of knowledge.
• Develop campaigns that resonate across all collateral, PR, digital & social platforms to drive awareness and adoptions.
• Collaborate with medical, regulatory, corporate communication, and other cross-functional partners to execute strategic brand initiatives.
• Utilize CRM & other analytic, data resources to measure, monitor and report on S&M results. 
• Manage demand forecasting to ensure supply is uninterrupted.
• Conduct market research on customer requirements, habits, and trends.
• Lead competitive intelligence monitoring activities and create competitive tools for the sales team. 
• Lead or support other marketing initiatives as needed. 

 Job Related Qualifications / Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in Aesthetics / Dermatology, preferably medical device.
• Experienced strategist; remarkably creative, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient.
• Exceptional communication, writing, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proven track record of delivering under tight deadlines and budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced, integrated environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes.
