Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up party rental items i.e. tables, chairs, inflatables, ice cream machines and other equipment/machines.
• Team up with the Event Coordinators to discuss each order that comes in and make sure you include each item that is on the order.
• Loading and unloading items from the truck to the customer’s home, business, or event venue and make sure all items are accounted for on the Truck Sheet/Checklist.
• Assemble and take down party tents.
• Communication with the customer at delivery.
• Explain how to properly operate equipment and go over the instructions.
• Make sure the customer is informed on how to properly store the equipment, machines and/or supplies.
• Communicate and coordinate with crew members the expectations of each delivery order.
• Responsible for set up and clean up, taking good care of the trucks and rental items.
• Check all items and equipment/machines for damage upon pickup from customer.

Skills and Requirements:

• Driving and operating a box truck (all sizes) is a plus.
• Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and work well within a team.
• Must be able to give work direction and work well under pressure within a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Must be teachable, trainable and project a proactive attitude-always looking for the next way to find solutions.
• Available to work a varied schedule. There may be some overtime hours.
• Stoop, stand and bend for 10 hours or more a day.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
