What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fabricator/Assembler position at Crown Staffing?
Our client is a manufacturer of recycling equipment. They are looking for experienced Fabricators.
They are offering temp to hire opportunities. This position will train for about 4 weeks on 1st shift, 6am-2:30pm Monday through Friday, but will move to a permanent 2nd shift that runs 2:30pm-1am Monday through Thursday.
Pay will be based on experience but can range $19-$22/hour with a $1 shift differential when moved to 2nd shift.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
-Assembly of balers and machinery from fabricated bare chassis through testing and shipment
-Operation of overhead cranes and forklifts
-Electrical wiring and connection
-Hydraulic connection setting and troubleshooting

Required Skills:
-Previous experience in heavy mechanical assembly
-Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical and rigging
-Previous Mig welding and fabrication experience
-Ability to interpret blueprints and electrical and hydraulic diagrams
-Ability to work in a fast pace environment
-Ability to comply with pre-employment screens
