Crown Staffing is currently seeking a Manufacturing Builder to fill an opening in Springboro, OH.

Shift Available for Assemblers:
- 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Monday -Friday
Responsibilities for Assemblers:
- Work either individually or in a team environment with other employees to build and assemble gasoline, diesel or ethanol dispensing hoses, safety breakaways, or dispensing nozzles to our customer’s orders
- The builder will use basic sets, directions, work instructions, or drawings/diagrams to complete these tasks
- Have a positive attitude and a drive to complete the task within the given quality and time standards
- Perform all duties as assigned by supervisor • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe, positive work environment at all times • Must be punctual and dependable regarding attendance
Requirements for Assemblers:
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to push/pull 150 lbs
