We are seeking several candidates to join our award winning Mr D’s restaurant team as a Host/Hostess in Part Time or Full Time capacity. Host/Hostess responsibilities include:

• Ensure all staff members are signed in and ready for service at the start of all shifts.
• Greet and seats guests.
• Assign table and server to guests.
• Record reservation requests, as required.
• Administer To Go orders

· Remain aware of restaurant activity and maintains an efficient working environment conducive to quality dining at all times.

Requirements:

• Reading and writing skills required.
• Must walk and stand during entire shift.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, overseeing all restaurant activity and performing appropriate functions, as required.
• Supervisory experience a definite plus.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, host/hostess a plus.
