The Crowne Plaza Albuquerque is looking for a Banquet Captain to join our Food & Beverage Team!

Duties Include:

Supervise, set up and oversee banquet functions

Monitor BEOs daily; aware of all banquet events answer guest questions correctly

Leading by example and assisting Banquet Servers

Providing excellent service to all guests and fellow associates

Responding to requests from clients and meeting planners graciously and efficiently

Serving food at banquet functions

Clearing plates, refreshing beverages and accommodating dietary needs/preferences

Room clean up, set up or breakdown as needed

Setting up meeting breaks

Setting up, refreshing and attending to buffets

Requirements:

Must have a current Alcohol & Gaming Division Server Certificate.

Must be available to work on Saturday nights.

Able to work various hours including early mornings and late nights.

Ability to work under pressure and multi-task while remaining calm.

Available to work according to business needs, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Experience level:

  • 3 years

Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Albuquerque, NM 87102: Relocate before starting work (Required)
