Job Title: Human Resource Coordinator
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Crowne Plaza - Lake Placid, NY
The Crowne Plaza Lake Placid, NY, seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various areas, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding paperwork
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 years of experience in HR coordination or related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
