Our hotel is currently hiring a Sales Coordinator. Responsible for providing administrative support to DOS and all Sales & Catering Managers
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Types contracts for Sales & Catering Managers.
- Answers telephones and documents Sales & Catering leads.
- Follows up or distributes appropriately, leads with the Sales & Catering Managers.
- Coordinates with the appropriate departments in the hotel, resolves any issues, complaints and problems to ensure quality product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Reviews all upcoming room blocks and ensures the distribution of upcoming room block sheets to appropriate department heads on a weekly basis.
- Ensures the proper completion and distribution of all required sales and/or documentation on a timely basis.
- Assists in collecting proper payment for functions in accordance with hotel standards.
- Adheres to all Sales Office Policies as they relate to file set-up, account maintenance, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
