Position Summary: The Car Wash Supervisor maintains a safe and positive work environment, while leading a team, to providing outstanding service to our customers and to exceed their expectations in their Peoria Grand Wash experience.

• Supervise a small team with safe operation of essential functions of the Grand Wash.
• Providing outstanding service by maintaining a safe and clean working environment for our employees and customers.
• Being a leader and guiding employees to success, to include proper training and teaching of equipment use and safety, providing employee feedback on work, leading by example in proper use of company policies.
• Providing information to customers regarding the Grand Wash experience.
• Incorporating CRR Values into associate experience and culture of Grand Wash.
• Oversees productivity, breaks and daily scheduling of all employees.
• Establish, build, and maintain relationships with customers and employees.
• Ensure employees are properly clocking in and out for shifts and handling employee breaks.
• Oversees frontline and finish areas.

Other

• Flexible availability, variable work schedule to include weekdays, weekends, afternoons/evenings, and holidays.
• Willingness to follow and enforce operational guidelines, including working outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Ability to build relationships with and follow safety guidelines.

Grand Wash maintains high standards and a strong emphasis for employee and customer safety. The car wash is a fast paced and friendly environment that is very hands on. Grounds and equipment will be frequently wet and slippery. Machinery can be loud and has many moving parts.
