What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at CRUCIAL CARE?
A key member of the Growth team under the direction of the senior
marketing manager, the marketing coordinator will contribute from day one
to the development and execution of marketing programs while assisting
with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The
marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle
many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
Essential Duties:
- Take ownership of sourcing and ordering of marketing and promotional items, including tracking inventory
- Assist in the planning and preparation for tradeshows and provide on-site support
- Support the monthly maintenance of member outreach and engagement
- Post social media content and maintain a content calendar
- Act as a trusted resource to the Growth and Marketing teams to ensure initiatives are completed on time and track their performance
- Assist in the development of reports and presentations
- Collaborate with other teams to track the progress and ensure all aspects of projects and initiatives are completed
- Identify and study competitors and their performance in the market
- Identify and research potential vendors
- Perform additional research and other duties as assigned
- Continually develop new skills and expertise in marketing and project management
