Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Brentwood/Franklin, TN (Hybrid remote flexibility, with preference for office work)
Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 per year
Overview: We are seeking a talented Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in deploying and maintaining Azure resources and other cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure Cloud and a passion for implementing cutting-edge solutions to support enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:

Deploy and maintain Azure resources and other cloud technologies.

Implement and support Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers in the Cloud.

Design architecture for integrating core infrastructure technologies to support enterprise applications.

Perform risk assessments of existing and new technology deployments.

Recommend, implement, and monitor security auditing and alerting solutions.

Monitor cloud and on-premise resources to verify integrity and availability.

Troubleshoot operational issues and offer solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration within the production environment.

Establish standards, tools, and processes to guarantee adherence and compliance.

Develop, document, and understand internal IT processes and procedures.

Utilize automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers regarding changes and outages.

Keep current on new technologies and advancements.
Required Skills & Abilities:

Strong working knowledge of security best practices for Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.

Experience deploying Azure resources and other cloud technologies.

Proficiency with Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policies, and PowerShell scripting.

Ability to create detailed Visio diagrams.

Proficiency with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policies, Certificate Services, IIS, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
